been busy on many things, relocation back to HK..........wanna join policeforce, working, studying, training, moving to our new house......a year has passed since we have come back to HK.
look back and think it over, coming back to HK may not be a 100% correct choice, but done deal is done deal....we just have to walk over it....the ironic thing is, becasue we are back to HK, we got much much much better housing, car and job title, but it seems everything is not in a right pace...is like......u are having a bottle of absolute once in a lifetime fine wine, but u don't really drink.....but still, right from the bottom of my heart, thanks god and my father for letting me worries-free of my life.
another thing is...I have new seeing towards martial art, so I have stopped training outside, casue I need time to think over what I have into so far........in one simple sentence " I want fight techniques for real life defense, not for ring sport"....also I have thrown away all those weight training and body building-equip.........what I need from now on is old school bodyweight training......"functional" strength is what does matter..
